Justin T. Homassel, Esq.

Justin T. Homassel is an Associate Attorney at Hyatt & Goldbloom, where he focuses his practice on litigation for personal injury, worker’s compensation, and criminal defense matters. Justin is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully litigated many trials throughout the Courts in Maryland.

Justin received his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2021, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024.

During law school, Justin served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Althea M. Handy of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Justin always had an interest in Plaintiff’s side civil litigation and has been an active member of the Maryland Association of Justice since he was in law school. Also in law school, Justin assisted in teaching a medicolegal seminar at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine covering topics surrounding medical malpractice and negligence.

Since becoming admitted to practice, Justin has maintained a strong involvement in the Maryland Association of Justice (“MAJ”). He credits the educational programs and his strong connections with other members for a lot of his success as a trial attorney. In 2025, Justin was selected by the organization to participate in the MAJ Leadership Academy. In addition to the MAJ, Justin is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the Howard County Bar Association.

Justin is a lifelong Marylander and grew up in Howard County. He is very passionate about the great City of Baltimore and has been involved in the community since moving downtown for law school. Justin is an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

Justin is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
